Zundle emerged from a passion for research and understanding how to grow a business. Asking customers what’s most important to them for your business gives you the metrics to succeed. Asking “How are we doing?” gives you the alerts to find out what processes are frustrating for your customers or outdated. It also tells you what departments, even what specific employees, aren’t doing their jobs properly.

We developed scripts and processes that work extremely well in helping businesses grow by monitoring what was working well and alerting them of problems that customers point out. Working with businesses to figure out how best to solve problems and what was effective in expressing gratitude to customers simply honed the process.

Our advice is always, “Test it, then roll out what works”. We’ve done that with our methodologies, our scripts, and our processes. And we keep doing it, because things keep changing ... which is why customer satisfaction surveys will always be important to any business.
